Delivery Policy

Our responsibility for condition of plants ceases upon acceptance. We urge all buyers to inspect plants at delivery time. If you discover a problem with your order after delivery, please call immediately. We cannot make changes to Invoices after delivery date.

$15.00 minimum delivery fee in the DFW metroplex for orders over $250.00.

For next day delivery or any “Add-ons” please place your order by Noon the day before.

Timed deliveries must have help to unload. This allows us to make our next timed drop.

Pickup Policy

Orders take between 1-2 hours to pull. For your convenience please call or fax your order in advance so we can have it pulled when you arrive.

Please arrive by 4:00 p.m. for pick up orders.
